| 1. What is SofTV? |
| SoftTV is an application that allows you to watch TV on your computer for free. You will be able to view streaming broadcast television shows as well as listen to radio stations from around the world over your internet connected computer. The channels are provided by the participating broadcast stations and then streamed to your player. |

| 2. Do I need to buy special software or hardware? |
| Absolutely not! You don’t need cable or satellite connections. You don’t need to buy a special computer card. You just need a computer with a Windows operating system and an Internet connection. Simply download the free application of SofTV Player to transform your computer into a free TV. Once you register your application and pay the one-time fee of HOW MUCH, you will unlock the rest of the features available on the SoftTV Pro version. |

| 3. I've downloaded SofTV, and it’s running. What do I do now? |
| You can watch the TV programs and listen to the radio programs absolutely free. If you want to have the ability to record programs for later viewing or receive SofTV’s premium channels, you will need to register your application by clicking on the “Register Now” button. Once you receive your registration keycode number in your e-mail, enter it in the Registration box the next time you load your application. You will now have access to all the features available on SofTV Pro. |

| 4. Can I use SofTV on more than one computer? |
| Your registration allows for usage on one computer only. |

| 5. How can I link to a specific channel? |
| Simply add the channel to your “Favorites” folder where it will be saved for your future viewing along with your other favorite channels. |

| 6. Why can't I view some of my local TV stations? |
| Even though SofTV offers a diverse amount of programming, we are not able to provide all available programming that may be offered in your geographic location. However, we are constantly updating our channels and adding more stations to ensure that SofTV is an exciting experience for you. Please email us a list of stations you would like to watch, and we will contact the providers and ask them to stream their programs to SofTV. |

| 7. How will I know about new channels on SofTV? |
| As we add more channels and more content, we will notify you immediately via email and update the channel listings on our website. |

| 8. Can I upload my own videos? |
| Yes, once you register and upgrade to SofTV Pro, you will have the ability to record and upload your own video streams to your own private channel. This is an exclusive feature of SofTV Pro that you won’t find anywhere else! |

| 9. How is advertising shown on SofTV? |
| For many of the broadcast channels, advertising is part of the programming and originates from the telecaster. Any advertising from our own SofTV servers will be displayed in the small text box located on the control panel of the application; our advertising will not interfere with any of the programs displayed on the channel screen. In addition, all advertising will be confined within the body of the application, so there will not be any kind of pop-up advertising. |

| 10. I was able to watch a TV show previously, but now I can’t access it |
| There may be an issue with the provider of that show, or the channel itself is no longer available in our list of channels. Please check back with the site regularly for more updates. |

| 1. My password doesn't work. I have forgotten my password. |
| Use the link “Forgot my Password.” This will take you to the SofTV website where you will be asked to provide your registered e-mail address and answer a password question. Once that is done, your password will be e-mailed to you at your registered email address. You can also opt to check the box “Remember my Password” when first installing the SofTV application. |

| 2. Why am I being asked for personal information? What will you do with it? |
| This information is used only for contact information, and for registration and payment. This information will not be used for any other purpose. For more information please review our Privacy Policy. |

| 1. The software won't launch or crashes. I can't get the application to run.. |
Please make sure, prior to installation, that your computer has the required minimum system and hardware configuration. If it lacks the required hardware or software, the program may not run.
If your computer has the required minimum configuration, first try re-starting your computer. If that doesn’t work, you may have to re-install the application. If you are still experiencing problems, please read the answers to common issues on our support page. If that does not solve your problem, please fill out the technical support form with specific details and submit it to us for analysis. |

| 2. When I start SofTV, it immediately says "you got disconnected from the SofTV network." |
| Check your internet connection to make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet. Sometimes, some of the channels may not be telecasting at that time and may be temporarily off the air. |
